Rashee Rice is a professional American football wide receiver currently playing for the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL. He played college football at Southern Methodist University. Drafted by the Chiefs in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft, Rice won Super Bowl LVIII in his rookie season. Notably, Rice established a new NFL record for the most postseason receptions by a rookie, with 26 catches during the Chiefs' 2023-24 Super Bowl-winning playoff run, exceeding the previous record of 25 held by Ja'Marr Chase.


March 30, 2024: Rice Involved in Hit-and-Run Crash

On March 30, 2024, Rashee Rice was driving a Lamborghini Urus in Dallas and was involved in a high-speed hit-and-run crash along with a Chevrolet Corvette he was leasing. The crash, which involved four other vehicles, resulted in injuries to multiple people. Rice and the other occupants of the vehicles left the scene without checking on the injured.

May 7, 2024: Rice Under Investigation for Alleged Assault

On May 7, 2024, Dallas police began investigating Rashee Rice for allegedly punching a photographer at a club in downtown Dallas. Rice was not arrested, and the victim later declined to press charges.
