Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), founded in Norway in 1966 and headquartered in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is the fourth-largest cruise line globally based on passenger numbers. As of 2021, NCL held approximately 8.6% of the global cruise market share by passengers. The company is incorporated in the Bahamas and operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
