Robert Bruce Morris was an American basketball coach and former collegiate athlete. He coached the Providence Steamrollers in the BAA during the 1946-47 season, amassing a 28-32 record. Following this, he led Brown University's men's basketball team from 1947 to 1954, achieving a 61-87 record. Notably, Joe Paterno, the future College Football Hall of Fame coach, played under Morris at Brown, earning two varsity letters during his time on the team.
