On March 12, 2018, Brian Sullivan replaced Sara Eisen and Wilfred Frost as anchor of Worldwide Exchange. On the same day, Eisen replaced Sullivan on Power Lunch.
On November 29, 2018, Sara Eisen and Wilfred Frost began co-anchoring Closing Bell.
On June 22, 2020, Sara Eisen stopped co-anchoring Squawk on the Street.
In March 2023, Sara Eisen returned to Squawk on the Street as co-presenter.
