Seiya Suzuki is a Japanese professional baseball outfielder currently playing for the Chicago Cubs in MLB. Before joining the Cubs, he played in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp. During his time in NPB, Suzuki achieved significant recognition, including five NPB All-Star selections, six NPB Best Nine Awards, and five NPB Golden Glove Awards. He also represents Japan in international baseball competitions.
