Tracy Austin is a former American professional tennis player who achieved the world No. 1 ranking. She secured two major singles titles at the US Open in 1979 and 1981. Austin's career highlights include 30 WTA Tour-level singles titles, and 5 doubles titles, including a mixed doubles title at Wimbledon in 1980 with her brother John. She also claimed victory at the 1980 WTA Tour Championships and the 1981 Toyota Championships.
