In 2011, TradingView was founded by Russian entrepreneurs Konstantin Ivanov (CTO), Denis Globa (CEO) and Stan Bokov (COO).

In 2011, TradingView, an American-British social media network, social trading network, financial analysis platform, and mobile app for traders and investors, was founded.
2013: Techstars Selection and Funding
In the summer of 2013, TradingView was selected for the Techstars startup accelerator, signing contracts with Microsoft and CME. The company later received $3.6 million in funding from iTech Capital and other investors.
May 2018: Venture Investment and TradeIT Acquisition
In May 2018, TradingView closed another round of venture investment for $37 million led by Insight Venture Partners, DRW Venture Capital and Jump Capital, acquiring TradeIT.
2020: Website Ranking
As of 2020, TradingView ranks in the top 130 websites globally according to Alexa.
October 2021: $3 Billion Valuation and Funding
In October 2021, TradingView was valued at $3 billion and attracted an additional $298 million from investors, including Tiger Global Management, as part of the next round of financing.
