2011: TradingView Founded

In 2011, TradingView was founded and headquartered in New York, with its European market headquarters in London.

2013: Selected for Techstars and Receives Funding

In the summer of 2013, TradingView was selected for the startup accelerator Techstars, where it signed contracts with Microsoft and CME. The company later received $3.6 million in funding from iTech Capital and other investors.

May 2018: Venture Investment Round and Acquisition

In May 2018, TradingView closed a venture investment round for $37 million led by Insight Venture Partners, DRW Venture Capital and Jump Capital, and acquired TradeIT.

2020: Top Ranking Website

As of 2020, TradingView ranked in the top 130 websites globally according to Alexa.

October 2021: Valuation and Financing Round

In October 2021, TradingView was valued at $3 billion and attracted an additional $298 million from investors, including Tiger Global Management, as part of the next round of financing.
