History of Vance Joseph in Timeline
Vance Joseph is an American football coach and former player currently serving as the defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos. He played college football at Colorado and briefly in the NFL as a cornerback for the New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts. Joseph transitioned to coaching, spending several years as a defensive coach for teams like the San Francisco 49ers, Houston Texans, Cincinnati Bengals, and Miami Dolphins. He was the head coach of the Denver Broncos from 2017 to 2018. After a stint as the defensive coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals (2019-2022), he returned to the Broncos as their defensive coordinator in 2023.
