28 Years Later, directed by Danny Boyle and written with Alex Garland, is the third film in the 28 Days Later series, following the 2002 original and 2007's 28 Weeks Later. Cillian Murphy reprises his role from the first film, joined by a cast including Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes, Jack O'Connell, Erin Kellyman, and Edvin Ryding. Filming for the sequel, "28 Years Later Part II: The Bone Temple," began on August 19, 2024.
