Acie Law IV is a former American professional basketball player celebrated for his collegiate career at Texas A&M University. As a four-season player, he amassed 1,653 points and 540 assists. Known as "Captain Clutch" for his late-game heroics, Law is most famously remembered by Aggie fans for "The Shot," a game-winning buzzer-beater against the Texas Longhorns in 2006, and his pivotal role in the upset victory over Kansas in 2007. His contributions led Texas A&M to retire his No. 1 jersey, making him the first Aggie athlete to receive this honor.

On February 1, 2007, Acie Law was named one of the seventeen finalists for the Bob Cousy Award, which he later won.
On February 28, 2007, in a game against Texas, Acie Law scored a season-high 33 points and played all 50 minutes of the double-overtime loss. He also earned honors of being on the AP 1st Team All American squad and Dick Vitale's 1st Team All American squad.

In the summer preseason of 2008, Acie Law was named to the All-Revue Summer League First Team, after averaging 16.2 points, 3.6 assists, and 2.2 rebounds.
In 2011, Acie Law won the Greek League championship with Olympiacos.
In 2012, Acie Law won the EuroLeague championship playing for Olympiacos, a significant achievement in his European career.
In 2013, Acie Law secured his second EuroLeague championship with Olympiacos, further solidifying his success in European basketball.
