Amazon Storywriter was a free, cloud-based screenwriting application introduced by Amazon in 2015. It automatically formatted screenplays to meet the Master Scene Standard. A key function was enabling users to submit original screenplays to Amazon Studios for production consideration. This submission functionality was available until April 2018, after which submissions were closed.
