Australian Survivor

Australian Survivor is an Australian reality game show where contestants, called 'castaways,' are marooned in an isolated location and must secure basic necessities like food, water, and shelter. They compete in challenges for rewards and immunity. Castaways are eliminated through votes by their peers in tribal council. The last remaining contestant is crowned the 'Sole Survivor' and wins a A$500,000 prize.

2002: Nine Network's Commitment to Airing Australian Survivor

Due to Nine Network's commitment in airing their 2002 version of Australian Survivor, Survivor US: Marquesas never aired in Australia.
