Charles Oliveira was born in October 1989 in Guarujá, São Paulo, Brazil.
Born in the favela of Vicente de Carvalho, Oliveira's early life in October 1989 was marked by a diagnosis of a heart murmur and rheumatic fever. Despite a doctor's warning against physical activity, his parents supported his involvement in sports, leading to an improvement in his health.
Oliveira secured his second victory at the São Paulo championship in 2004.
