Deftones

Deftones are an American alternative metal band formed in Sacramento, California, in 1988. The original lineup consisted of Chino Moreno, Stephen Carpenter, and Abe Cunningham. Chi Cheng joined in 1990, followed by Frank Delgado in 1999. Known for their experimental approach, they've garnered critical acclaim, with some comparing them to 'the Radiohead of metal'. They have released nine studio albums with the most recent being Ohms in 2020. The band's sound blends elements of metal, alternative rock, and shoegaze.

1988: First Jam Session
