Eric García Martret is a Spanish professional footballer known for playing as a centre-back or defensive midfielder. He currently plays for La Liga club Barcelona and represents the Spain national team. Born in 2001, García is a product of Barcelona's youth academy, La Masia, before he moved to Manchester City in 2017. He returned to Barcelona in 2021. He has also represented Spain at various youth levels. García is known for his technical ability, passing range, and composure on the ball.
