On September 6, Monster Mafia was defeated in a four corner survival tag team match.

On May 22, 2015, at PWG's Dynamite Duumvirate Tag Team Title Tournament (DDT4), Ethan Page teamed with Josh Alexander as Monster Mafia. They defeated World's Cutest Tag Team to win the PWG World Tag Team Championship, but lost the titles to the Beaver Boys in the second round of the tournament.

At NXT Stand & Deliver on April 19, Page failed to win the NXT North American Championship against Ricky Saints. However, he defeated Saints in a rematch on May 27 to win the title. On May 30, Page made his main roster debut on SmackDown, interfering in a tag team match.
