On November 5, 2024, in her season debut for the Michigan State Spartans, Grace VanSlooten scored 15 points, nine rebounds, and two steals against Oakland.
On November 27, 2024, during the championship game of the Acrisure Holiday Invitational against Vanderbilt, Grace VanSlooten scored a game-high 25 points and 10 rebounds. She also added a career-high five steals and four blocks, surpassing 1,000 career points.
On June 19, 2025, Grace VanSlooten was named to Team USA's roster for the 2025 FIBA Women's AmeriCup. She averaged 5.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game and won a gold medal.
In 2026, Grace VanSlooten's WNBA career saw her released from the Seattle Storm on May 18, 2026, followed by signing an end-of-year contract with the Indiana Fever on May 22, 2026.
