Grace VanSlooten is an American professional basketball player. She played college basketball for both Oregon and Michigan State. In 2026, she was briefly a member of the Seattle Storm in the WNBA before being released. Shortly after, she signed a contract with the Indiana Fever.
On June 16, 2004, Grace VanSlooten was born. She later became an American basketball player in the WNBA.
On October 7, 2021, Grace VanSlooten, a five-star recruit, committed to play college basketball at Oregon.
In 2022, Grace VanSlooten was named a McDonald's All-American. She was ranked the No. 13 overall player in the class of 2022 and ranked the No. 4 forward in the class by ESPN.
During the 2023-24 season, Grace VanSlooten's sophomore year, she started all 31 games and averaged 15.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.1 steals per game. She was also named a Pac-12 honorable mention.
In 2023, Grace VanSlooten represented the United States at the FIBA Under-19 Women's Basketball World Cup, averaging 8.4 points and 4.1 rebounds in seven games, and helping the United States win a gold medal.
On April 15, 2024, Grace VanSlooten transferred to Michigan State.
On November 5, 2024, in her season debut for the Michigan State Spartans, Grace VanSlooten scored 15 points, nine rebounds, and two steals against Oakland.
On November 27, 2024, during the championship game of the Acrisure Holiday Invitational against Vanderbilt, Grace VanSlooten scored a game-high 25 points and 10 rebounds. She also added a career-high five steals and four blocks, surpassing 1,000 career points.
On June 19, 2025, Grace VanSlooten was named to Team USA's roster for the 2025 FIBA Women's AmeriCup. She averaged 5.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game and won a gold medal.
In 2026, Grace VanSlooten's WNBA career saw her released from the Seattle Storm on May 18, 2026, followed by signing an end-of-year contract with the Indiana Fever on May 22, 2026.
