Greg Cronin is an American professional ice hockey coach. His most recent position was as the head coach for the Anaheim Ducks in the National Hockey League (NHL). He has extensive experience coaching at both the professional and collegiate levels.

On February 18, 2011, Greg Cronin was suspended for six games due to possible recruitment violations but was reinstated before Northeastern's quarterfinal playoff series with Boston University.
In 2011, after six seasons as head coach of the Huskies, Greg Cronin returned to USA hockey before joining the Toronto Maple Leafs as an assistant coach.
In 2014, Greg Cronin rejoined the New York Islanders.
In 2018, Greg Cronin left the Islanders to become head coach of the Colorado Eagles.
On June 5, 2023, the Anaheim Ducks hired Greg Cronin as their head coach.
