History of Jackson Wang in Timeline

Jackson Wang is a Hong Kong rapper, singer, and songwriter who transitioned from competitive fencing to a music career. He debuted in 2014 as a member of the South Korean boy band Got7 under JYP Entertainment. In 2017, he established his own Chinese record label, Team Wang, where he also acts as creative director and lead designer for the fashion brand Team Wang Design. Wang launched his solo career with the album 'Mirrors' in 2019 and 'Magic Man' in 2022, which achieved success on the US Billboard 200. After departing from JYP Entertainment in 2021, he formed the hip-hop group Panthepack under his label, Team Wang.
