Jamie Raskin

Jamie Raskin is an American politician, attorney, and law professor currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district since 2017. As a member of the Democratic Party, he previously served in the Maryland State Senate from 2007 to 2016. His district, which initially included parts of Montgomery and Frederick Counties, now encompasses only a portion of Montgomery County following the 2022 redistricting.
