In 2007, after redshirting the 2006-07 season, Hall returned to the Buffaloes where he started all 32 games for the 2007-08 season. He averaged 14.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.8 steals in 37.6 minutes per game.

September 19, 2008: Hall signs with Levski Sofia

On September 19, 2008, Marcus Hall signed a one-year deal with Levski Sofia of the Bulgarian National Basketball League.

In the summer of 2016, Marcus Hall led Team Colorado to the finals of The Basketball Tournament (TBT) on ESPN, as the West Regional Champs. They lost the $2 million prize in the final seconds to Overseas Elite 77–72. Marcus Hall was voted the 2016 TBT MVP on Twitter and averaged 24.6 points per game.

2017: Team Colorado Reaches Super 16 Round

In the summer of 2017, Marcus Hall averaged 28.3 points per game and shot 82 percent on the foul line. Hall helped take Team Colorado to the Super 16 Round, but they were defeated by Armored Athlete 84–75.
