Max Fried is an American professional baseball pitcher currently playing for the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball (MLB). Before joining the Yankees, he played for the Atlanta Braves. He is known for his pitching skills and contributions to his teams' performances in MLB.
In 2012, Max Fried made his professional debut for the Arizona League Padres.
In 2012, Max Fried signed with the San Diego Padres for $3 million despite his commitment to the UCLA Bruins baseball team. Baseball America rated him the top left-hander available in the draft.
