1925: Norrenberns Truck Service Founding

Norrenberns Truck Service, specializing in trucking and warehousing, was established in 1925.

1981: Norrenberns Truck Service Acquisition and Relocation

In 1981, Norrenberns Truck Service was acquired as a single-truck operation. A few years later, the company was relocated to Nashville.

1983: National Mine Service Company Closure

National Mine Service Company, which later became a part of the Marmon Group, ceased its operations in Nashville in 1983. This closure resulted in the loss of 240 jobs in the city.

1985: Nascote Industries Establishment

Nascote Industries, an automobile parts manufacturer and a subsidiary of Magna International, established its presence in Nashville in 1985. The plant currently employs over 1,000 people.

1987: Ligma Corporation Founding

Ligma Corporation, a joint venture between Magna International and Germany's Lignotock G.m.b.H., was founded in Nashville in 1987. This marked the establishment of the second auto parts manufacturing facility in the city.
