Ryan Poles is the current general manager of the Chicago Bears. Before joining the Bears, Poles spent 13 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, eventually becoming their executive director of player personnel. His career began as an offensive lineman. Poles transitioned into a football executive role, demonstrating his capabilities in player evaluation and team management which led to his current position with the Bears.
