T-Mobile Arena

T-Mobile Arena, located in Paradise, Nevada, opened in April 2016 as a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and AEG. Situated on the Las Vegas Strip, it serves as the home arena for the Vegas Golden Knights of the NHL and is nicknamed "The Fortress". This multi-purpose indoor arena hosts a variety of events and is positioned behind the New York-New York and Park MGM casino hotels.

2007: AEG and Harrah's Arena Plan Announcement

In 2007, The Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and Harrah's Entertainment announced plans to build a 20,000-seat stadium behind the Bally's and Paris casino-hotels in Las Vegas.

June 2008: Original Groundbreaking Target

The original plans for the arena were to break ground in June 2008 and finish construction in 2010, but this did not occur due to financial uncertainties.
