Ukraine News Today was a Ukrainian English-language satellite television channel and webcasting service based in Kyiv. Owned by the 1+1 group, it provided 24/7 news bulletins targeted at an international audience. Tetiana Pushnova served as the General Producer.

April 2014: Jewish News 1 Closed

In April 2014, Jewish News 1, an English-language news channel owned by 1+1 Media, closed down.

June 2014: Ukraine News 1 Closed

In June 2014, Ukraine News 1, an intermediary channel, also owned by 1+1 Media, closed down.

August 2014: Began Broadcasting

On August 14, 2014, Ukraine Today began broadcasting with a live stream on YouTube and via the Eutelsat Hot Bird satellite. On August 24, Ukrainian Independence Day, the channel officially launched and began broadcasting news content.

August 2014: Started Euronews Style Content

On August 14, 2014, Ukraine Today started broadcasting Euronews style content.

September 2014: Moved to Functioning Studio

In September 2014, Ukraine Today moved programming to a fully functioning studio, with presenters and interviews.

October 2015: Launched on Virgin Media platform

In October 2015, Ukraine Today launched in English on the Virgin Media platform in the United Kingdom.
