William (Bill) R. McDermott is an American businessman, currently serving as the CEO of ServiceNow. He previously held the position of CEO at SAP SE, during which time the company's market value significantly increased. McDermott is also an author, having co-written the memoir "Winners Dream: A Journey from Corner Store to Corner Office," which garnered a business book award. He transitioned to ServiceNow as CEO in November 2019, continuing his career in executive leadership within the technology sector.
