Brian Gregory is an American basketball executive currently serving as the president and general manager of the Phoenix Suns. Previously, he held the position of vice president of player programming for the Suns. Prior to his executive roles, Gregory was a college basketball coach, most recently at South Florida. He also served as head coach at Georgia Tech and Dayton. He began his coaching career as an assistant coach under Tom Izzo at Michigan State.
