Charles Anthony Rodríguez-Colón, also known as Charlie Rodríguez, is a Puerto Rican politician born in New York City. He is affiliated with the New Progressive Party (NPP). He held the position of the eleventh president of the Senate of Puerto Rico, serving from 1997 to 2000. His political career is primarily defined by his leadership role in the Puerto Rican Senate.
