Derek Hough is an American dancer, choreographer, actor, and singer best known for his successful career on the dance competition show Dancing with the Stars. He was a professional dancer on the show from 2007 to 2016, winning a record six times. Hough's choreography earned him 14 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, including four wins. He later transitioned to a judging role on the show starting in its 29th season.
