Dubai Festival City (DFC), also known as Al Kheeran, is a large mixed-use waterfront development located on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek. Developed by Al-Futtaim Real Estate, this expansive project covers 5.2 million square meters and operates as a self-contained 'city-within-a-city'. It offers a comprehensive range of residential, commercial, and entertainment facilities, creating a vibrant urban environment.
