Pavel Igorevich Dorofeyev is a Russian professional ice hockey winger. He currently plays for the Vegas Golden Knights in the National Hockey League (NHL). Dorofeyev was drafted in the third round, 79th overall, by the Golden Knights in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
