Luke Menzies, known in professional wrestling as Ridge Holland, is an English professional wrestler currently signed to WWE. He performs on the Evolve brand and has made appearances for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Prior to his wrestling career, Menzies was a professional rugby league player. He is a former NXT Tag Team Champion.
In September 2007, Luke Menzies signed for Hull Kingston Rovers.

In 2014, Luke Menzies joined Salford Red Devils, making one appearance for the club.
In 2015, Luke Menzies joined York City Knights on loan and later joined Halifax on loan.

On 21 April 2018, Luke Menzies defeated El Ligero, Joseph Conners and Rampage Brown in a 4-Way Elimination Match to win the 3CW Championship.

In November 2019, Luke Menzies made his television debut for the NXT UK brand under the ring name Ridge Holland, defeating Oliver Carter.
In August 2020, Ridge Holland made his first NXT appearance since 2018, participating in a triple threat match to qualify for a ladder match for the vacant NXT North American Championship. Although he didn't win the initial match, he was later given another chance to qualify but lost due to interference.
In July 2021, Ridge Holland returned to NXT after a nine-month absence due to injury, assisting Oney Lorcan and Pete Dunne and teasing an alliance with them.
In November 2021, Ridge Holland was drafted to the SmackDown brand. He debuted, referred to Sheamus as his idol, and formed an alliance with him after helping Sheamus win a match.
On 1 January 2022 at Day 1, Ridge Holland and Sheamus defeated Cesaro and Ricochet. During the match, Holland suffered a broken nose and was removed mid-match.
On October 12 episode of NXT 2.0, Ridge Holland wrestled his final match on NXT until December 2023, where he and Dunne lost to Kyle O'Reilly and Von Wagner.
On the 26 March 2024 episode of NXT, Ridge Holland announced he would be going on an indefinite hiatus from in-ring competition.
On July 9, 2025, Ridge Holland was moved to the Evolve brand.
In September 2025, Ridge Holland made his TNA debut on iMPACT!, attacking Mike Santana. At Victory Road, Holland faced Santana, losing the match.
