Roman Wilson is a professional American football wide receiver currently playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 2024 NFL draft after a successful college career with the Michigan Wolverines. During his time at Michigan, Wilson won three consecutive Big Ten Conference titles and a national championship in 2023. He was also recognized as an All-Big Ten selection. Wilson's college performance led to his transition to the NFL.

In 2019, as a senior, Roman Wilson caught 61 passes for 1,025 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also caught eight passes for 171 yards, including an 86-yard touchdown, in the state championship game.
On November 7, 2020, Roman Wilson caught his first career touchdown, a 13-yard pass from Joe Milton, against Indiana during his freshman year.
In 2021, during his sophomore year, Roman Wilson appeared in all 13 games, catching 25 passes for 420 yards and two touchdowns, and rushing for 59 yards on three carries.
In 2022, during the season opener against Colorado State, Roman Wilson scored a 61-yard touchdown. He scored two touchdowns against Hawaii, one a 42-yard pass from J.J. McCarthy and another a 21-yard run. Overall for the 2022 season, he caught 25 passes for 376 yards and four touchdowns and also rushed for two touchdowns.
In 2023, Roman Wilson started all 15 games, won a national championship with Michigan, and was named second-team All-Big Ten. He scored the touchdown that sent the Rose Bowl game against Alabama into overtime, finishing the season with 48 receptions for 789 yards and 12 touchdowns.

On September 14, 2025, Roman Wilson made his first professional catch, a seven-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers, during a 31–17 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. It was his only catch during that game.
