Seranthony Domínguez is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher, currently a free agent. He previously played in MLB for the Philadelphia Phillies, Baltimore Orioles, and Toronto Blue Jays. Domínguez signed with the Phillies in 2011 as an international free agent and made his major league debut in 2018. He is known for his pitching abilities.

In 2017, Domínguez pitched for the High-A Clearwater Threshers, earning a 2017 Florida State League Mid-Season All-Star selection. He had a 4-4 record with a 3.61 ERA. After the season, the Phillies added him to their 40-man roster and he was converted into a relief pitcher.
On May 7, 2018, Domínguez was promoted to the Phillies and made his MLB debut the same night, becoming the only major league reliever since 1908 to record at least two outs and allow no runs, hits, or walks in his first five major-league appearances.

In 2018, Domínguez started with the Double-A Reading Fightin Phils before being promoted to the Triple-A Lehigh Valley IronPigs in late April. Between the two teams, he gave up only eight hits and two walks.
In 2019, Domínguez had a 3–0 record with a 4.74 ERA in 24+2⁄3 innings. His season ended early when he was placed on the injured list due to a damaged ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow.
On July 30, 2020, Domínguez underwent Tommy John surgery to repair the damaged ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow.
On February 17, 2021, Domínguez was placed on the 60-day injured list as he continued to recover from Tommy John surgery.
In the 2022 regular season, Domínguez achieved a 6–5 record with nine saves and a 3.00 ERA. He also pitched in 9 postseason games, allowing 2 earned runs and striking out 18 hitters.
On February 16, 2023, Domínguez signed a two-year, $7.25 million contract extension with the Phillies.

On July 29, 2025, Domínguez was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for pitching prospect Juaron Watts-Brown during a doubleheader. He pitched a scoreless inning against his former team.
In 2025, Domínguez began throwing a sweeper, and added a splitter and curveball to his arsenal, greatly improving his performance against left-handed hitters.
