Suryakumar Ashok Yadav is an Indian international cricketer, a right-handed middle-order batter, and current captain of the Twenty20 International (T20I) side for India. He has represented the India national cricket team and has been a part of victorious squads, including the 2023 Asia Cup and the 2024 T20 World Cup.
Suryakumar Yadav surpassed AB de Villiers' record during the PBKS vs MI IPL 2025 Qualifier 2. The match in Ahmedabad was delayed by rain, leading to fan questions. Tilak Varma also showed a solid performance.
In 1956, Parsi Gymkhana last won the Police Shield tournament before Suryakumar Yadav helped them win it again in 2021.
