Tyler Herro is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Miami Heat in the NBA. After playing one year of college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats, Herro was drafted by the Heat with the 13th overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2020 and reached the NBA Finals in his rookie season. In 2022, he won the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award, and in 2025, he was selected to his first All-Star Game. Herro plays both point guard and shooting guard positions.
