Zaccheus Malik Moss is an American football running back for the Cincinnati Bengals. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the third round of the 2020 NFL draft after playing college football at the University of Utah.
Zaccheus Malik Moss was born on December 15, 1997.
In 2016, Zack Moss began his college football career as a freshman at the University of Utah, playing in 10 games and starting in three. He rushed for 382 yards and scored two touchdowns on 84 carries.
Zack Moss started 12 of 13 games as a sophomore in 2017, rushing for 1,173 yards on 214 carries and scoring 10 touchdowns.
In 2018, during his junior year, Moss suffered a season-ending knee injury during practice after starting the first nine games.
On November 30, 2019, Zack Moss and the Utes clinched their second Pac-12 South title.
The Utes played in the Pac-12 championship game against Oregon University on December 6, 2019.
The Utes played against the Texas Longhorns in the Alamo Bowl on December 31, 2019, but lost 38-10. Moss had 16 carries for 57 rushing yards and two receptions for 14 receiving yards.
Zack Moss signed a four-year, $4.522 million contract with the Bills on June 15, 2020.
The Buffalo Bills selected Zack Moss in the third round of the 2020 NFL draft.
On January 12, 2021, Moss was placed on injured reserve due to an ankle injury suffered during the Bills' playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts.
On November 1, 2022, the Buffalo Bills traded Moss to the Colts for running back Nyheim Hines.
Moss played in five games for the Bills in the 2022 season, rushing for 91 yards and catching seven passes for 27 yards.
On July 31, 2023, Moss sustained a broken arm and underwent surgery the following day.
Due to an injury to starter Jonathan Taylor, Moss became the Colts' primary running back starting with the team's game against the Los Angeles Chargers in 2023.
Moss signed a two-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals on March 11, 2024.
