In 2008, at the age of nine, Alisha Lehmann began her football career with FC Konolfingen.

On 11 April 2015, Lehmann made her debut for the Swiss U-17 national team, defeating Serbia 8–1 during the elite qualifying round of the 2015 U-17 European Championship. Five days later, she scored her first goal in a 4-0 victory against Finland.
On 18 October 2016, Lehmann debuted for the U19 national team against Estonia, scoring her first U19 goal in this match. She also scored a hat-trick in the following match against Croatia.

On 22 October 2017, Alisha Lehmann won her first cap for the senior Switzerland national team in a friendly against Japan, coming on as a substitute.

On 2 March 2018, Lehmann scored her first international goal against Finland at the 2018 Cyprus Cup.
On 5 April 2018, Lehmann played her first official international match in a 1–0 victory over Scotland for qualification to the 2019 World Cup.
At the U-19 European Championship in Switzerland in July 2018, Lehmann scored the equalizer in the 80th minute against France making it 2-2. She also scored in a 3-1 win over Norway.
In August 2018, Alisha Lehmann signed with FA Women's Super League club West Ham United from BSC YB Frauen. The manager Matt Beard was impressed by her performance at the 2018 U-19 European Championship.
On 20 February 2019, Alisha Lehmann scored both goals in a 2–1 win over Reading.
In May 2019, Lehmann sustained an ankle injury during national camp training and underwent surgery.
On 3 November 2019, Lehmann scored the winning goal in the 75th minute against Reading, helping her team advance to the knockout stage of the 2019–20 Conti Cup.
