Anthony Edwards (basketball)

Anthony Edwards, known as "Ant-Man" or "Ant," is a prominent American professional basketball player currently with the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA. A shooting guard, he played college basketball for the Georgia Bulldogs before being drafted first overall by the Timberwolves in 2020. Edwards has achieved significant recognition, including three NBA All-Star selections, two All-NBA Second Team honors, and a gold medal with the 2024 U.S. Olympic team.

1975: First Georgia freshman to score at least 37 points in a game
