Cynthia Nixon

Cynthia Nixon is an American actress, activist, and theater director, most notably recognized for her role as Miranda Hobbes in the HBO series Sex and the City (1998–2004), for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award. She has reprised her role in subsequent films and television shows, including And Just Like That... (2021–present). Beyond acting, Nixon is also known for her activism.
