Dayana Yastremska is a Ukrainian professional tennis player and musician. Reaching a career-high ranking of world No. 21 in singles and No. 82 in doubles in January 2020, she has secured three WTA Tour titles. Her most notable Grand Slam achievement is reaching the semifinals of the 2024 Australian Open.

1978: First Qualifier in 46 Years

Dayana Yastremska became the first qualifier in 46 years to reach the semifinals since Christine Dorey at the Australian Open in 1978.
