The Doosan Bears are a professional baseball team based in Seoul, South Korea, established in 1982. As a member of the KBO League, they have secured six Korean Series championships. The team plays its home games at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul.

1982: Park Chul-soon's Awards

In 1982, pitcher Park Chul-soon won the KBO League Most Valuable Player Award, the Pitching Triple Crown, and the Korean Series Most Valuable Player Award. His number 21 was later retired in his honor.

1982: Inaugural Korean Series Win
