Filippo Ganna is a highly accomplished Italian track and road cyclist riding for Ineos Grenadiers. He's a six-time world champion in individual pursuit with nine total medals at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships. Ganna also secured an Olympic gold in the team pursuit at the 2020 Summer Olympics. On the road, he won the individual time trial at the 2020 and 2021 UCI Road World Championships, along with six stages at the Giro d'Italia. He set a record for consecutive time trial wins at the Giro with five. Ganna is the current record holder for the hour record and was the previous world record holder in the individual pursuit.
