Gabe Davis is an American football wide receiver who most recently played for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played college football at UCF from 2017 to 2019 before being drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He played for the Bills from 2020-2023. Davis is known for his size and athleticism at the wide receiver position.

During the 2023 season, Davis was named one of the Bills' captains before the start of the season. He finished the season with 45 receptions for 746 yards and seven touchdowns.
On March 13, 2024, Davis signed a three-year contract for $39 million with the Jacksonville Jaguars, marking a new chapter in his NFL career. However, on November 18, it was announced that Davis would miss the rest of the season due to a torn meniscus in his left knee. He ended the season with 20 catches for 239 yards and two touchdowns.
On May 7, 2025, the Jacksonville Jaguars released Davis, making him a free agent.
