Gabriela Michetti is an Argentine politician who served as Vice President of Argentina from 2015 to 2019 under President Mauricio Macri. She held the distinction of being the second woman to occupy the vice-presidency in Argentina, succeeding Isabel Perón after a 40-year interval. Notably, her term was subsequently followed by two more female vice presidents, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and Victoria Villarruel, marking a period of increased female representation in Argentine leadership.
