History of Kevin O'Connell (American football) in Timeline
Kevin O'Connell is an American football coach and former quarterback currently serving as the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings. Before coaching, he played college football at San Diego State and spent five seasons in the NFL, most notably with the New York Jets from 2009 to 2011. His playing career spanned from 2008 to 2012. Nicknamed "KOC", O'Connell transitioned from player to coach, ultimately reaching the position of head coach in the NFL.
