2013: La Compagnie founded as DreamJet

In 2013, La Compagnie was founded as DreamJet by French airline entrepreneur Frantz Yvelin, aiming to create an all-business class airline with a low-cost structure. He was supported by Peter Luethi, Yann Poudoulec, and others.

April 2015: Launch of London Luton to Newark route
