History of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes in Timeline
My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is a spin-off/prequel manga to My Hero Academia, written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court. It began serialization in Jump Giga in August 2016, before moving to Shōnen Jump+ in October 2016. The series is compiled into 15 tankōbon volumes. An anime adaptation by Bones Film premiered in April 2025. The story expands the My Hero Academia universe, focusing on characters operating outside the official hero system.
